We submit the finalized application directly to the city on your behalf and act as your sole representative throughout the entire review process. If the municipal examiners have any technical questions or require modifications, we handle the back-and-forth communication entirely so you don't have to. We deliver the fully approved, ready-to-build permit straight to you so you can break ground immediately.
